Here at LittlePod, we’ve been busy. In addition to making our final preparations for International Real Vanilla Day, and our upcoming trip to visit Made and his farmers at the LittlePod orchard in Indonesia, we’ve been out and about. There’s little that the team here like more than taking our Campaign for Real Vanilla on the road.

It began in Bristol at the weekend, when Laura took part in the Essential Trading Co-operative’s 2023 Open Day. Focusing on all things conscious and ethical, this was an occasion that was right up our street, giving us the chance to spend time amongst likeminded people and organisations, and to showcase our products and share our latest news.

Two days later, Laura found herself London-bound – this time alongside Richard – to celebrate 25 years of Henley Bridge, the fabulous food ingredients distribution company, with whom LittlePod enjoys a long association. Taking place at Twickenham, it proved to be a night to remember, with pitchside access and the most delicious cake imaginable with which to toast HB’s quarter-century anniversary. But there was still much more to come…

The following morning, we set up stall for HB’s latest “Day of Excellence” – an event centred around ‘innovation and food excellence’ that gave us the chance to exhibit our products and underline the importance of keeping it REAL to a select audience of bakers, chefs, chocolatiers and others with whom we share such common ground.

In doing so, we were able to present our NEW Indonesian, Tahitian and Madagascan vanilla pod packs, provide an update on life at LittlePod and all our latest endeavours, and treat those who stopped to see us to our Vanilla Bean Fudge. Just as it did in Bristol three days earlier, these tasty freebies proved popular indeed!
