Payment Flow and Delivery Policy
Payment will be taken in full on order. We deliver to the UK and European Union. We aim to ship all online orders within one working day.

General Shipping Information:

Public Holidays & Weekends
Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends.

Our operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm (GMT).

We do not presently ship online orders to countries outside the European Union. Please contact us here if you’d like to purchase LittlePod products and are not based within the EU.

Customs and Duty charges
Deliveries to countries outside the UK might incur customs or import taxes. These charges are to be paid by the customer. All prices displayed on our website are in British Pound Sterling. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery Timeframes
Times listed above are estimates and to be used as a guide only and do not account for any delays with the carrier, that may occur outside of our control.

Next-day delivery is only applicable on orders placed before 10 am Monday to Friday and are sent via FedEx.

UK Standard Delivery Tracked Unsigned is sent via Royal Mail and usually arrives within 2-3 business days. 

Delivery options that don’t require a signature on delivery are the responsibility of the receiver.

Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email: sales@littlepod.co.uk, we will try our best to accommodate order cancellations however in cases where an order has been dispatched a cancellation will not be possible. You can return unopened goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required within 7 working days. The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been opened. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
