It has been three years in the making, but after much hard work and great resolve, Olly’s studies are at an end. Here at LittlePod HQ, we send our congratulations on this, his graduation day!
Olly first joined LittlePod in 2017 with – in his own words – ‘no skills’. Hardly!
It’s a special day; for Olly, and for the LittlePod team as a whole. Here in East Devon, we’re all thrilled to share in Olly’s success as he graduates at Bristol Cathedral. Having supported him through the process, Janet is there to celebrate Olly’s achievements at his side. Both there in Bristol and back here in the office, we couldn’t be more proud.
This is a big month for Olly, as he prepares to leave LittlePod to seek a fresh challenge in London, as he explained here in a recent post for our blog. We’re so pleased that he’ll depart East Devon with his qualifications complete, having passed his MBA with merit to cap five years in Farringdon.
“To complete an MBA whilst also working has stretched me greatly, but Janet and my tutor Jo have been steadfast in their support,” Olly explained a little earlier this month. “I thank them and everybody who has helped and supported me during the last five years.”
Here at LittlePod HQ, we have long been committed to education, skills and training, and a host of apprentices have passed through our doors before moving on to continue their careers elsewhere. Olly’s successes have been numerous – indeed, he was able to access his latest course, a high-level apprenticeship MBA, as a result of completing two previous apprenticeships with LittlePod, one of which culminated in him winning a prestigious and much-deserved award!

Needless to say, as we reflect upon it all, today’s ceremony is the icing on the cake – pardon the pun – and something that will long be celebrated here. Raising a toast to Olly (pictured above with Craig) and his cohort on this, a REAL red letter day. From us all, congratulations to the graduate!
