    200 g ubhekeni obhemayo, oqoshiwe

    200 g ama-chestnuts aphekiwe

    4 shallots, oqoshiwe

    500ml isitokwe senkukhu

    Ibhodlela le-1/2 le-Westcountry cider

    50g ibhotela

    I-1 tbsp ufulawa

    1 tbsp i-redcurrant jelly
