  1. Letha ubisi endaweni yokubilisa epanini.

  3. Beka isitsha phezu kwe-bain-marie bese upheka ngobumnene, ugoqa ngokuqhubekayo kuze kube yilapho ingxube imboza ngemuva kwesipuni.
  4. Gcoba amaqabunga e-gelatin emanzini amancane abandayo, ukhiphe amanzi amaningi bese ugoqa ku-custard kuze kuncibilike.
  5. Dlulisa i-custard ngesisefo esihle esitsheni esihlanzekile bese upholisa phezu kweqhwa esiqandisini.
  6. Uma i-custard isicishe isethwe (ngemuva kwehora) phinda ukhilimu ohlutshiwe.

Ukusebenzela:

  1. Misa isikhunta emanzini ashisayo imizuzwana eyi-10 bese uvula ngokucophelela ibhisikidi lesinkwa esifushane esibekwe phakathi nepuleti.
  2. Gcoba ama-strawberry ambalwa phezu kwe-mousse bese uchofa uju oluncane ngaphezulu.
